Joe and Josephine O’Carroll celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary last week in the Woodlands Nursing Home, Dundrum. Joe is resident there for a while now so the good staff made a beautiful cake to mark the occasion and they were surrounded with flowers by the management. Fr. Egan offered the monthly mass and blessed the happy couple, all in all they enjoyed being together for 56 years, it’s a feat in itself nowadays. Cheers and God bless for many more.
